At Charcoal Clothing, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
